Inteco Ukrainian –British Closed Joint-Stock Company with foreign investment is one of the largest enterprises in Ukraine designing, producing and delivering pipeline valves and other equipment for enterprises of gas transporting system, metallurgy, petrochemical and mining industry, water wholesaling and municipal water supply systems, as well as objects of nuclear power engineering, shipbuilding, space, aviation and defense complexes and other fields of national economy.
Inteco Company was founded on August 16, 1996 on the base of several commercial enterprises which had existed in the Ukrainian market since 1991 and specialized in furnishing and delivery of different equipment for pipeline systems.
In 1997 the largest producer of pipeline valves in Ukraine – Ivano-Frankovsk Valve Plant – joined the Company.
In 1999 Inteco CJSC together with Energomashkomplekt CJSC formed the largest holding producing, furnishing and delivering pipeline valves in the CIS.
In 2000 as the result of Zolotaya Fortuna rating V.V. Filippov, the President of Inteco CJSC, was awarded with the Order of Saint Prince Vladimir of IV degree for labour achievements.
In 2002 Mostro Joint-Stock Company (Prague, Czech Republic) – one of the leading universal Czech producers of high pressure pipeline valves for classic and nuclear power engineering – joined Inteco CJSC.
In 2003 V.V. Filippov, the President of Inteco CJSC, was awarded with the honourable Golden Order “For Public Recognition”.
In 2003 in the annual enterprises rating Ivano-Frankovsk Valve Plant OJSC won the nomination “Exporting Enterprise 2003”, and in 2004 – the nomination “Successful Industrial Enterprise of Year 2004”.
In 2003 Tulaelektroprivod OJSC, the leading Russian enterprise producing electric actuators for pipeline valves, joined Energomashkomplekt-Inteco holding.
In 2003 Inteco Company together with Kyiv Central Fittings Design-Engineering Bureau (KTsKBA CJSC) joined Kievskaya Armatura Corporation.
In 2004 Tulaelektroprivod Trading House was created on the basis of Inteco CJSC together with Tulaelektroprivod OJSC, the leading Russian enterprise producing electric actuators for pipeline valves.
In 2005 Inteco Company won the nomination “The Leading Enterprise” in all-Ukrainian project “Chemical and Petrochemical Industries of Ukraine-2005”.
In 2005 ARMA Holding Company joined Inteco CJSC holding as a result of corporization.
In 2005 a production and commercial alliance with Kyiv Central Fittings Design-Engineering Bureau (KTsKBA CJSC) was formed.
